About the 6 week webinar series

Each week we will cover a number of the 5 Xin Care techniques. We look at the themes theoretically and practically, through presentations, discussions and sharings. We may also use 'breakout rooms' for sharings and reflections.

Then for the next 7 days until the next session you will have the opportunity to put one of the techniques into practice, with the opportunity to share your experience at the next session. 

You can attend the live sessions and everything is recorded for viewing on demand in a private portal for reviewing or if cannot make the live sessions. You will have ongoing 'lifetime' access to review the course materials after the live sessions have finished.

What does ‘Wu Xin Tiao Yang’ mean?

'Wu Xin' are the 5 essential qualities of the heart

Tiao (èȘż) means ‘adjusting’, ‘correcting’, ‘changing’.

Yang (逊) means ‘cultivating’, ‘nursing’, ‘nurturing’, ‘caring’.

Wu Xin Tiao Yang is to cultivate your heart consciousness through positive habit changes following the laws of Tao. 

How does 'Five Xin Care’ help?

Benefits of Five Xin Care

1) Through the work on Five Xin, the beneficial hidden aspects of these five essential qualities can gradually manifest (and eventually fully manifest).

2) The undesired opposing qualities of the Five Xin can gradually be changed and cleared.

3) It is a good way to know, transform and elevate your Xin Ling (heart consciousness). It is also beneficial for the unification and harmonious development of your body, Qi, Xin, Yi and Shen.

4) You will be better able to relate to yourself, others and nature with a healthier Xin (heart).

5) The change on the fundamental level (Xin) will help improve your behaviour, psyche, personality and consciousness.

6) It can help identify patterns that need to be changed and also help to transform the patterns. 

Using Five Xin Care to work on Xin is a process of changing the patterns of one’s Xin Ling.

The change of the patterns of Xin Ling lays the foundation for changing the patterns on a deeper level – the patterns of the consciousness.

Module 1

Topics:

  • Overview of the 5 Xin Care Toolkit and 22 tools
  • Benefits and goals of implementing the 5 Xin Care toolkit
  • Overview of the 3 techniques we will not cover during the course, and how you can learn them elsewhere
  • Sharing of intentions and self-assesment of which tools you feel are most important for you

Topics:

  • The theory & practice of staying Calm, Relaxed & Natural
  • Theory & practice of the Ren Xue 'CALM' technique

Module 3

Topics:

  • In the third module we focus on tools for expanding our perspectives. Often we can get caught up in a certain 'view', which limits our options and can cause frustration and suffering. By widening our perspectives we can ease our emotional and mental pain, and experience more compassion for ourselves and others.

Module 4

Topics:

  • In module 4 we continue with our journey of widening our perspectives and also focus on increasing awareness of self: our thoughts, feelings and habits.

Module 5

Topics:

  • In module 5 we turn our focus growing self-love in the most authentic way. Self-love is essential if we wish to have self-acceptance and feel good about ourselves, which in turn leads to authentic self-worth. 
  • We also start to practice techniques for increasing positivity, turning negativity and doubt into hope and optimism.

Module 6

Topics:

  • In module 6 we focus on growing the 'observer' consciousness, also known as 'witness' consciousness. Instead of allowing ourselves to be overrun with emotions and stress, we can learn to observe our unhealthy states, which is the first essential step in overcoming them
  • We also look at how we can change negative states of mind and emotions into a more positive state, so that we can move out of suffering as quickly as possible

Module 7

Topics:

  • In module 7 we continue deepening our practices of self-awareness and positive change, introducing techniques for self-monitoring and tracking progress on our inner change.

  • In module 8 we deepen our ability to change our state in a self-masterful way through more advanced ways of self-managing our thoughts and emotional responses.

Summary

By the end of this 6 week training you will have a toolbox of self-help techniques for managing your internal state at all times. You will know how to implement these tools so that you can dig into your toolbox at any time, for the rest of your life, to find a solution to troubling thoughts, unwanted feelings and emotional responses which are causing mental or emotional turmoil. 

There is no better feeling than knowing YOU have the power to transform your inner world yourself, without having to rely on external help. This is the power of authentic self-help tools. 

About your teacher

Kim has been studying Ren Xue Yuan Gong with Yuan Tze since 2009, after 9 years of previous study with another school of Qigong.

Kim began her journey in personal development in her twenties in the late 1980's, after being diagnosed with clinical depression. Several years later she was diagnosed with CFS, which led to a 10 year journey to find solutions, during which time she tried over 250 different healing modalities. 

In 2000, after a turning point healing when meeting her first Qigong teacher, she began her healing journey in earnest, over the next several years studying several natural healing modalities to professional level, with a focus on emotional healing, stress management and chronic illness recovery.

In 2006 she opened her first clinic 'Healing Grace Natural Therapies' and started helping clients transform mental, emotional and physical symptoms through emotional healing, stress reduction, lifestyle medicine and more.

In 2009 the business was renamed 'The Art of Health & Science of Wellbeing'.

Since 2006 Kim has helped hundreds of people restore their health and wellbeing through internal changes, proving that immense healing can be effected through the power of the mind, lifestyle changes and emotional healing. She has been the recipient of several health awards over the years, and was named 'Self Healing Advocate of the Year' in 2025.

Since 2025 Kim's focus in helping people has moved more towards the transformation of consciousness, in particular using the Yuan Gong methods.
