About Kim
I've been studying Ren Xue Yuan Gong with Yuan Tze since 2009, after 9 years of previous study with a different school of Qigong.
My personal development journey started in the late 1980's after being diagnosed with clinical depression. Several years later I was diagnosed with CFS, which led to a 10 year journey to find solutions, during which time I tried and tested over 250 different healing modalities!
In 2000, after a turning point healing when meeting my first Qigong teacher, I began my healing journey in earnest, over the next several years inadvertently studying several natural healing modalities to professional level, focusing mainly on emotional healing, stress management and the emotional causation of physical symptoms.
In 2006 I opened my first clinic 'Healing Grace Natural Therapies' and started helping clients transform mental, emotional and physical symptoms through emotional healing, stress reduction, lifestyle medicine and more. In 2009 the business was renamed 'The Art of Health & Science of Wellbeing'.
Since 2006 I've helped hundreds of people transform their health and wellbeing through internal changes, proving that immense healing can be effected through the power of the mind, lifestyle changes and emotional healing, ie, without physical intervention.
My passion in helping others centres around understanding how our body is built to be a self-healing machine, as long as we have our owners' manual! It is truly freeing and empowering to know and trust that our body can self-heal. This is the new paradigm for healthcare for the next century.
In particular I love working with Tong Yuan (heart consciousness transformation) and Ling Yuan (transforming the unhealthy patterns of consciousness) in the Yuan Gong Qigong system of life cultivation.
